~Debbie Louise Smith Parish Reeves Keiper~
Debbie was born on March 28, 1956 in Plant City, Fla. to William Odell and Mattie Green Smith.
She was adopted by Leon and Georgia Parish at the age of 8 years old, causing her maiden name to legally change from Smith to Parish.
She attended Cunningham Elementary, Barwise Junior High and Rider schools in Wichita Falls, TX
Before graduating Rider High School, she moved to Duncan, Oklahoma where she met and married Duane Reeves. She and Duane had three children.
Later returning to Wichita Falls, she worked as a teacher's aide and attended some classes at Midwestern University.
Debbie attended school for employment as an airline concierge and was hired by one of the major airlines.
On Oct. 7, 1994, she married David Keiper in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Survivors include her husband,David, of the home in Duncan; two daughters, Debrael and Amy Reeves; one son, Billy Ray Reeves;
three Brothers, Charles E. Smith, Michael Nelson and Marvin Nelson; four sisters, Dianne (Parish) Wales Browning and husband Floyd, Mary and husband Gene Soloman, Kathy and husband Bud Barnhart, Mattie and husband Denny Gona; and three grandchildren, Shaynah Baker, Alexis Norton and Haylee Lipscomb. She was preceded in death by her father William Odell Smith and one brother.
