John Sturdivant Sr., 83, of Rhoda, died at 2 a.m. Wednesday, February 16 at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Martha Ciaburri in Louisville, Kentucky.
He was a native of Edmonson County, a farmer and a member of Bell Key Methodist Church.
Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. A.L. Hodges of Munfordsville, at 2 p.m. with burial in Bell Key Church Cemetery.
Survivers: his wife Lula Renfro Sturdivant, two daughters
Mrs. Martha F. Ciaburri of Louisville, Niccola D. Cowles of Bowling Green, two sons John L. Sturdivant Jr. and Arthur Sturdivant both of Bowling Green ; a sister Mrs. Janie Moody of Rhoda, 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
