If times are hard and you feel blue,
Think of the others worrying, too.
Just because your trials are many,
Don't think the rest of us haven't any.
Life is made of joy and tears,
Joy and sorrow mixed with fears.
And though to us it seems one sided,
Trouble is pretty well divided.
If we could look in every heart,
We'd find each one had his part.
And those who travel fortunes road,
Sometimes carry the heaviest load.
