She is preceded in death by her parents, Audrey M (nee: Creasey) and Cleave Elliott; daughter, Wendy Holt; and brother, Cleave J W Elliott.
She is survived by her son, Danny Holt of Greenbrier; daughter, Melissa Mayernick of North Little Rock; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services were May 4, 2004, in Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial followed in Chapel Hill Memorial Park.
