Wife/widow of Perry Fuller who is also buried in this plot; they had two sons named Perry. The first Perry McDonald Fuller died as a toddler and is buried with this family group which also includes parents Robert & Lavinia McDonald Ream and brother Bob Ream.

The Reams were known to be friends with (Major) James & Jimmy Powell in Little Rock, Arkansas in the late 1850s; the picture of the girls also has Jimmy Powell in it and was found with Powell family memorabilia.
