Martella Morris, age 92, of Belvidere passed away Sunday, November 16, 2008 at the Southern Tennessee Medical Center in Winchester.

Mrs. Morris is the daughter of the late Alvie Swaim and Carrie Henshaw Swaim as well as the wife of the late Floyd E. Morris.

She is survived by her two sons, Robert R. Morris of Belvidere and Ronnie D. Morris of Manchester. She is also survived by her sister, Bobbie Holland Golden of Skyline, AL, four grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her sister, Elizabeth Kneer and her brother, Tommy Swaim.

Visitation will be Monday, November 17th from 5:00 to 9:00 PM a the Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral services, officiated by Rev. Mark Miller and Rev. Rickey Wade, will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, November 18th in the Moore-Cortner Chapel followed by internment at Maxwell Cemetery.
