She was born an angel and forever will be an angel. Survived by mother, Rosemary Feather & father, Isaac Garcia. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE CATHOLIC CHURCH.
Baby Veronica was in the back seat of her mothers SUV when it was hit broad side and rolled over. She was a beautiful happy baby girl. She was ejected from the Blazer. She was in a car seat that is believed to have in some way failed. This is a very sad tragedy. Research has shown that as many as nine of 10 child-safety seats are improperly installed.
She will be missed.
