Aunt Nell was 103 years and 5 months old at the time of her death. During her long life she lived in Arkansas and Jacksonville, Florida. She lived in California where she retired around 1961 as a cutter machinery operator for a name plate company. After her retirement she also lived in Hood River, Oregon, Kalispell, Montana and then Nantucket Island.

Daughter of Michael Elmer Milner and Olive Noonan Forbes Milner. Paternal grandparents were John Elihu Milner and Arkansas E. Swank Milner. Maternal grandparents were Charles M. Forbes and Olivia Emerson Forbes.

Sister of Robert Browning Milner, Nora Olivia Hale, Edward Cheney Milner, Everett William Milner, Josie Persis Scott, Harold Eugene Milner and William David Milner.

She was first married to James Taylor Clem on 28 September 1924. They had two sons, James Elmer Clem and Milton Edward Clem.

Her second marriage was to Lester Hazen in 1943.

At the time of her death she was survived by her sons, five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. They and her extended family of numerous nieces and nephews will greatly miss this much beloved woman.

Sadly, there is no grave marker at her grave.
