Bertha Belle was the daughter of Ephriam and Angeline (Miller) Stout. She was the youngest of six children. She married Adrian Frame in 1898 and they were the parents of four children: George Elmer, Ralph Webster, Ruth Lara and Opal Juanita.

Rites Saturday For Mrs. Frame, Deaver Pioneer
Bertha Belle Frame died at the W. R. Coe Memorial Hospital Oct. 4 at the age of 88. She was born Aug 6, 1874 at Fairfield, Iowa the daughter of Ephriam and Angeline Stout. She married to Adrian Frame in Fairfield, Apr. 20, 1898. She had been a resident of this community 15 years. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
Mrs. Frame is survived by her husband and four children: two sons, George Frame of Fort Bridger, and Ralph Frame of Frannie; two daughters, Ruth Hunnicutt of Cody and Opal Reinhardt of Deaver, 15 grandchildren and 39 great grandchildren.
The Frames were pioneers in the Deaver area, homesteading in 1918.
Services were held in the Methodist Church in Deaver, Oct. 6, at 3:00 p.m. with the rev. H. G. Butler and the Rev. R. N. Buswell officiating "The Old Rugged Cross" and "The Lord's Prayer" were sung by Mrs. Lela Bowman of Lovell accompanied by Mrs. Ruth Beaver of Deaver.
Pallbearers were Elmer Frame, Harold Close, Tom, Glen and Fren Frame and Ray Hunnicutt. Burial was in the Deaver-Frannie Cemetery. (bio by: Sharon)
