Obituary from the Palladium-Item newspaper of Richmond, Indiana on January 3, 1966.

Lucion Rader, 49, died Sunday evening at Reid Memorial Hospital after a two-year-illness. He resided at 135 South Fourth St., and was an employee of the Avco Corporation. He was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Surviving are the widow, Mildred; a daughter, Barbara, and four sons, Gary, Ronnie, James and Bobby, all at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Rader of New Zion, Ky.; five sisters, Mrs. Vodie Spencer and Mrs. Millard Spencer, both of Richmond, Mrs. Robert Owens, of Travelers Rest, S.C., Mrs. Clarence Rader of Irvine, Ky., and Mrs. Clay Duncan of Fort Knox, Ky.; five brothers, Arthur and Abraham Rader, both of Richmond, William and H. C. Rader, Jr. both of Louisville, Ky., and Emanuel Rader of Lexington, Ky.; a step-sister, Mrs. David Conrad of Irvine, Ky., and a stepbrother, Edwin E. Fields of Battletown, Ky.

Services for Mr. Rader will be held Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home, with Rev. W. F. Badgett officiating, and burial in Earlham Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday.
