Arthur's mom, Mildred Walrath Osborn, died in 1909.
Her children were farmed out to relatives.
He was living with his Aunt Minnie Walrath, in Henry Cty, Mo, in the 1910 Census. He could not be located in the 1920 census.
Alonzo was hanged for murder.
A Grandson has accumulated an extensive file on Alonzo's murder case.
There is convincing evidence that Alonzo was framed.
A wealthy Lumber Co. owner wanted to buy Alonzo's ranch so he could have access to his lumber holdings. Alonzo did not want to sell.
The lumber company owner had a local man killed, had evidence planted on Alonzo's property and had some local thugs testify against Alonso.
