KIRKLAND, CECIL F. ''RED,'' 64, of Zephyrhills, died Tuesday (June 6, 1989) at home. Born in Coffee County, Ga., he came here 51 years ago. He was a retired building contractor and a member of the Westside Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Loretta; four daughters, Sandy Quick and Carol Brown, both of Lakeland, and Gay Harrison and Brenda Geiger, both of Zephyrhills; a stepson, Stanley ''Bo'' Hilton, Zephyrhills; a brother, Walter, and a sister, Ocie Johns, both of Yalaha; and eight grandchildren. Oakley Funeral Home, Zephyrhills.
