Born Aug. 4, 1921 in Seattle, WA. Passed away Dec. 12th, 2005 in Seattle, WA. Grew up in the Fremont area. Attended B.F. Day Elementary, Alexander Hamilton Jr. High and Lincoln High School.

Married Harry Emil Anderson April 3, 1942. Hazel worked at Harper McGee's Radio and Records Downtown Seattle. She was very active in PTA at Greenwood Elementary in the 60's. She was the President of Golden Gardens Grandmothers Club and active member of state club 1972 until present.

She loved parties with family and friends. Her door was always open. She and her husband enjoyed doing ceramics together She enjoyed her yearly vacations with her grandchildren and family.

She and Bud spent 2 weeks with their family every summer on Guemes Island.

Survived by her daughters Cathy (Steve) Anderson and Judy (Vern) Anderson- Bjornstad; grandchildren Kristy L. Anderson, Jeffrey V. and Benjamin C. Bjornstad; sister Arline "sis" Coyne and her loving nieces especially Jan and Jenelle.

Private burial at Abbey View Cemetery.
