ATOKA - Jerry N. Tankersley, 65, retired employee of Kimberly-Clark Corp. after 34 years, died of heart failure Saturday at Baptist Memorial Hospital East in Memphis. Services will be at 3:30 p.m. today at Munford First Assembly of God Church, where he was a member, with burial in Helen Crigger Cemetery in Munford. Munford Funeral Home has charge. He was an Army veteran. Mr. Tankersley, the husband of Barbara Jackson Tankersley, also leaves two daughters, Donna Stephens of Virginia Beach, Va., and Vickey Robertson of Munford; a son, Dwayne Tankersley of Atoka; three sisters, Helen McCoy of Bartlett, Nadine Pryor of Houston and Corrine Ronsburg of Drummonds, and six grandchildren.
