Mary "Meryle" Moore Goodrum, 77 left this world on October 25, 2007 to be with her Creator and loved ones. Mrs. Goodrum retired from the United States Government. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bob Shanks Goodrum; and her brothers and sisters. She leaves two daughters Patrica Nell Goodrum Stahle and Nancy Elizabeth Goodrum; her sisters, Nancy Loftiss and Rebekah Houck; her brother Robert Moore. She will be missed and loved by all. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., Monday, October 29th at High Point Funeral Chapel and Services will be at 1 p.m., Tuesday at High Point Funeral Chapel. Interment will be private.
