John C. Pick
John C. Pick, 68, of 659 Weaver Street, Montoursville, was pronounced dead on arrival at the Williamsport Hospital at 6:40 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, 1958.
Mr. Pick was stricken with a heart attack while visiting on East Street. Dr. Earl R. Miller, the death being of natural causes and there will be no inquest.
Before retiring in 1953, he was employed by the Armour Leather Co. for more than 30 years.
Surviving are one stepson, Bly E. Eddinger, with whom he resided; three brothers, Roy, of South Williamsport; Irvin, of Watsontown, and George, of Lansing Mich., and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Page's, 125 East Third Street. The Rev. John R. Shafer, pastor of the Bethel Evangelical United Brethren Church, Montoursville, will officiate. Burial will be in Buchanan Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.
