Lillian Jean Clark, 79, of Rushville, died Oct. 27, 2009.
Born Jan. 6, 1930 in Batavia, Ohio, she was the daughter of Henry and Minnie (Johnson) Whitt, both deceased. She was married to Charles Mobley. She then married Robert E. Clark Feb. 23, 1968; he preceded her in death Nov. 10, 1997.
Mrs. Clark worked for Schnadig Corporation for 24 years. She was a member of Orange Christian Church.
Survivors include son, Charles "Chuck" (Cyndie) Mobley of Rushville; daughters, Gloria (Dennis) Potters of Connersville, Patty (James) Wilson and Shirley (Keith) Beckner, both of Rushville, and Donna (Chad) Burum of Grants Pass, Ore.; brother, Ralph (June) Whitt of St. Petersburg Fla.; 13 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents and husband she was preceded in death by brothers, Milford, Henry Jr. and infant Earl; and sister, Irene.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Moster Mortuary in Rushville with Tim Adams officiating. Burial will be in Rushville's East Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the mortuary.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Sheehan Cancer Center via RCCF, Rushville Public Library or the Boys & Girls Club of Rush County.
