Amanda Jo Judd Casada, 25 years 6 months and 3 days of age, of Wayne County, Kentucky departed this life on Thursday, October 18th, 2007 from injuries she received during an automobile accident.
Amanda was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on Thursday, April 15th, 1982, daughter of Joan Sears Judd Norton and the late Buel Judd. Amanda attended Liberty Baptist Church, and she graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 2007 with a degree in sociology.
Amanda was survived by her loving husband, Anthony Casada, whom she married on July 3rd, 2004, in Monticello, Kentucky; an infant daughter, Alexcia Mae Casada, who was in the car at the time of the accident and was only about one month old; her mother and step-father, Joan and Bill Norton; her grandmother, Dorothy Mae Sears; her mother-in-law, Mary Casada Meador; two sister-in-laws; one brother-in-law; two nieces; and a host of other family and friends who mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her father, Burl Judd.
Visitations were held after 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 22nd, 2007 at the Lake Cumberland Funeral Home in Somerset, Kentucky.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 23rd, 2007 in the Chapel of the Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Ulanda Price, Bro. J.S. New, and Bro. Grant Hardwick officiating.
Burial followed in the Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery in Eubank, Kentucky.
