Miss Annie B. Wert.
At 6 30 o'olock Monday evening, Sept. 1, Miss Annie B Wert died at the home of her brother-in-law, Mr Reuben Brubaker, on East North street (sic), from a complication of diseases. She bad been ill only about ten days, and her death came as a shock to her many friends. Miss Wert was aged about 65 years, and spent her early life In North Middletown township, from which place she removed to this place about 30 years ago.
She was an earnest and consistent member of the First Lutheran church (sic), of upright Christian character, and faithful to the end. She Is survived by three sisters, Misses Lizzie, Phoebe and Mrs Reuben Brubaker. Two brother (sic), also survive, Johathan (sic) and Emanuel Wert, of North Middleton township.
The funeral will be held on Thursday at 9 a m. Services at the house; interment at Carlisle Springs.
