Her aunt was Susan Frances, daughter of Samuel H. and Jane McWaters. She is living with her in 1900. Her husband, Robert Benjamin Newton survived her. They had a son, Owen and a daughter, Lillian who were living with him in 1920 in Marshall Co. He died in 1959 and is buried at the Newton family cemetery in Trigg Co. Daughter Lillian died in 2001 and is buried at Ferguson Spgs Church cemetery in Aurora, Marshall Co.,KY
