Albert Allan White(Whitey), 72, of Hopewell Township passed away Friday, June 27,2008 with his loved ones by his side after a two year battle with cancer. He was born April 9,1936 in Girard, PA and was the son of the late Charles and Vera (guthrie) White, He was retired form the former J&L Steel and Sears. He was a member of the Celtic Reds and Hopewell Vets. Al and his wife moved to Myrtle Beach only to return to the area 15 years later to be near their family. Al was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather; cherished his family and enjoyed his many outings with the "J&L Gang". In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by an infant daughter;Sandra, a sister Phyllis, and a brother Charles. He will be sadly missed by his family including his wife of 51 years Dolores "Dolly" , his two daughters and sons in law; Pamela and donald Waxler of Potter Township, Donna and Phil Paladino of Hopewell Township, two grandsons;James and Tony Paladino, a sister;Jean Petrella of Raccoon Township, a brother;William White of Elizabethtown, P.A. also many family members and friends. Al was known for his sense of humor and will be greatly missed by all who loved and laughed with him. Interment will be at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park

Rest Easy Al, you were a good friend, and alot of fun to work with at Sears in Myrtle Square Mall. The times you, me and al Koepcke went out after work were fun times. Farewell old friend
