Funeral services for Christopher Dwayne Hill will be held Thursday, August 14, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in the Callaway-Allee Memorial Chapel with Bro. Mikey Osborne officiating. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Park. Family will receive friends Wednesday evening beginning at 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Water Edge Encampment, P. O. Box 1446, Crockett, Texas 75835.
Christopher Dwayne Hill, age 28, of Pennington, passed away Saturday, August 9, 2014. He was born September 13, 1985 in Palestine and had lived in Pennington most of his lifetime. Christopher was of the Christian Faith. Survivors include son, Jaden Anthony Hill of Huntington; mother and step-father, LeaAnn and Michael Holmes of Pennington; father, Michael Hill of Chireno; sister, Samantha Earp and husband, Cannon of Crockett; brother, Russell Holmes of Pennington; grandmothers, Rena Davis of Crockett, Rene Strauther of Huntington; great-grandmother, Jacqueline Pyle of Lufkin; nieces, Mallory and Landry Earp of Crockett; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
