After his discharge from the army, Jimmy traveled around visiting his family, and eventually got to the youngest where he stayed awhile. He talked to the kids who lived in the duplex unit upstairs ,found out their father had died, and began to try to date the lovely 26 year old who had been left alone to raise four young children, the youngest only 5 mnths old when her father died. After some spoiling of the children and enlisting his sisters help, Joyce finally said yes. She had been widowed for over two years, and was ready for a new relationship. Jimmy and Joyce became a couple in 1970 and married in 1971, having a daughter a few months later, who was named after her father.
The family moved to tn and got to know jimmys father.
Eventually Joyce was tired of moving alot so they seperated and later divorced.
Jimmy still love to move around traveling,, but in 1978 he remarried a very nice lady named Janis. With her he had two more daughters, who shall be nameless here unless they give permission to be listed. Jimmy has various grandchildren .
