Carl Wilson Miller, 45, of Chambersburg, RJD. 4, who had been missing from his home since last Saturday, was found dead in Franklin County on Wednesday, October 10, 1973. Cause of death has not been determined,
A native of Clay Township, he was born March 29, 1928 to Scott and the late Louella (Hann) Miller, He was united in marriage to the former Doris Faye McQuait of Taylor Township, Fulton County.
He is survived by his wife and his father and step-mother, Mr. and Mrs. Scott Miller of Three Springs, R.D. Also surviving is a son, Paul Eugene of Owings Mills, Md. a brother, James A. of Saltillo and a sister, Mrs. Jeannette Thomas of Martinsburg. The deceased was of the Protestant faith, He had been employed by Kerlin Chevrolet Auto Sales of Three Springs for 17 years, and at the time of death, he worked for NuCar Carriers of Baltimore, Md.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m.. Sunday, October 14, from the Ott funeral home in Orbisonia, The Rev. Sarah Clayton and Rosalie Addelsberger will officiate. Burial will be in the Cherry Grove Cemetery, Three Springs, R.D. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 7 p.m. Saturday until time for services Sunday.
