Andrea Rose "Peachie" Bower, age 13, of Riverview, passed away on Friday, Nov. 16, 2012. Andrea was a kind, compassionate and a free-spirited young lady who aspired to work with various charities and travel the world exploring other cultures. She was a student at Giunta Middle School and loved art, writing poetry & short stories & taking care of animals. Andrea is survived by her loving family, mother, Katharine Bower; brother, Jacob; grandmother, Jennifer Northcott; aunt, Heather Bower; great-grand-parents, Jack & Joyce Bower; great-aunts and uncles, Jack (Beverly) Bower Jr., Jon Bower, Jeff Bower, Janice (Dennis) Bennett, James Bower and Joy Tolbert; several cousins and friends; and James and Alana Williams. There will be a celebration of Andrea's life on Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012, at 7 pm, at the Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, the family will begin greeting guests one hour prior. The family is requesting that the guests wear purple or a bright color to celebrate Andrea's life.
