James F. Austin, 50, formerly of Helena, died Aug. 3, 2005, at the Rooks County Nursing Homes in Plainville, Kansas.
Survivors include his son, Alan; sister Alisa Dreher and mother Frances, both of Plainville; brothers, Frank of Tustin, Calif., and Darrell of Fort Collins, Colo.; and grandmother, Unita Walker of Maud, Okla.
Funeral services will be Monday, Aug. 8, at Moore-Overland Funeral Chapel in Plainsville.
Memorials may be made to the Canyon Ferry Fire Service in care of the chapel, 409 S. Cochran, Plainville, KS 97663. Condolences may be sent to [email protected]
