Age 65, Francisco went to be with God on Jan. 2, 2010. He was a proud member of the United States Marine Corp. He worked in the defense industry for many years, and he loved being part of MARS. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Nancy, daughter and son-in- law Beatrice and Chris Jernigan, and grandchildren Kelsey, Brenna and Ian, also Godson Michael Warren, his brother Victor Acosta and many relatives. Following private family services, he will be buried with full military honors at Bakersfield National Cemetery at 2:45 p.m., on Feb. 26, 2010.
