MARRIAGE: (1) Tenterden, Kent, 22 January 1626/7 Constance (_____) Robinson, widow of William Robinson. She died at Taunton on 22 April 1667.
(2) Taunton 14 December 1667 Frances (_____) Hill, widow of John Hill of Dorchester. On 28 June 1674, "Francis Hill that was, but now Francis Asten, was dismissed [from the church at Dorchester] to join the church at Tanton." She died at Dorchester on 18 November 1676.
Although no kinship relation has been found between Jonas Austin and NATHANIEL TILDEN, both of Tenterden, Kent, they certainly knew one another in England, since Tilden witnessed the 1625 will of William Robinson, whose widow soon married Austin.
