She was born March 17, 1954, in Sedalia, a daughter of Louis Avery and Lydia Matilda Lappat Keele.
Kathy was a member of St. Patrick Church. She enjoyed traveling and loved her family.
Surviving are a sister, Sherlene Belanger, of Warrensburg; two brothers, Leroy Keele, of Sedalia, and Donald Keele, of Warsaw; her companion, Terry Anderson, of Sedalia; several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a niece and nephew.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Patrick Church with Father Tom Seifner officiating.
Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may call after 1 p.m. Sunday at the Heckart Funeral Home. A Rosary Service will be held at 3 p.m. with visitation to follow until 5 p.m.
