William A and Anna A Elliott are buried on the old William Atkinson Elliott Sr (h/o Elizabeth Atkinson) Cemetery 2.3 Miles West of Prosperity, PA on Craft Creek Road.

Their headstone is a double headstone shared by both of them and this agrees with both the 1983 survey of the cemetery and the latest survey done in August of 2011 by Michaela Elliott Pate, Greg Pate, and her daughter Hanna Colson.

William A. Elliott's father is Isaac Elliott (1784 - 1841) who is also buried in this cemetery on Row 3 Stone 31 (but it is not legible at this time).

Isaac is said by family history to have 2 sons: one a William and one a Michael according to written tree of the William Elliott Family from Mrs. E. E. Elliott.

Anna's maiden name is not known at this time. She appeared to have died of "hanging" according to a Morris Township, Washington County records of death for May 1850. Don't know why this was recorded.
