Married Serena Jane Justice November 9, 1871.

Son of Meshach Haile and Elizabeth (Maxwell) Haile.

Survived by wife, three sons, and one daughter.

The Guy, Justice, Maxwell and Haile families intermarried somewhat as they all migrated from Tennessee to Illinois, and stayed in proximity of one another once they arrived in Illinois for at least 2-3 generations.

His surname is Hale on the stone. Wonder if he changed the spelling to Hale since his son spelled his Hale.
