Jimmy was born to Louis L. and Gladys Vera (Bean) Shobert in Oklahoma. Jimmy had two brothers, Don Oran "Donnie" and Jerry Wayne. Later the family moved to Texas and made Lubbock their home. Jimmy lost his life on his 22nd Birthday, June 26, 1963. He was murdered by a shot gun blast
from the back. Jimmy left a lot of friends behind who loved
and cared for him. He may be gone but he will never be forgotten .
