Charlie Lyn, age 67, passed away peacefully Sunday evening after a short illness. He was the son of the late Lyn Tiam of China. Born in Manchester Parish Jamaica in 1945, Charlie spent most of his adult years in Kingston Jamaica before immigrating to New York. He is survived by his brother Noel Lyn (wife Patricia) of Kingston Jamaica, his brother Ian Lyn of Atlanta, and his nieces Julie (Tony) Middleton, Beverly (Claude) Chin, Dora Lyn, and Hyacinth (Mark) Lue. Charlie had no children, but he leaves behind a host of dear friends and extended family who all deeply mourn his passing.
