A loving husband and father, and a resident of Baker, Vence died at 9:00pm on Monday, October 27, 2014 at Lane Regional Medical Center. He was 75, a native of Chaneyville, and a retired security guard.

Visiting at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, on Thursday, Oct. 30 from 5-9pm. Visiting at St. Isidore Catholic Church, 5657 Thomas Road, Baton Rouge, on Friday, Oct. 31, from 9am until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am, celebrated by Father Frank Bass. Interment to follow in Shaw-McHugh Cemetery, Zachary.

Vence is survived by his wife of 50 years, Cheryl Dino; daughter, Tonya Peyton; son, Terence Dino; two sisters, Veniese Bordelon (his twin), and Christina Plauche; a brother, Galen Dino; and a granddaughter, Alyssa Dino.

Vence was a member of St. Isidore Catholic Church. He was an avid LSU and Saints fan, and enjoyed fishing. He will be deeply missed.
