Percy Barlow, 64, a retired maintenance supervisor with Tyson Foods, Inc., died Saturday, October 23, 2004, at St. Dominic/Jackson Memorial Hospital. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. today at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Mendenhall. Services are 11 a.m. Monday at Harrisville United Methodist Church with burial in Harrisville Cemetery in Harrisville.

He was born May 21, 1940 to Harold P. Barlow, Sr. and Georgia Berry Barlow. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was a member of Harrisville United Methodist Church.

He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Carol Barlow Thacker.

Survivors include: wife, Edith Strong Barlow; daughters, Melissa Tanksley of South Lake, Texas, Paula Whiteman of Coleman, Texas, Linda Drew of Crystal Springs; brother, Don Barlow of Harrisville; and sister, Betty Barlow White of Richland.
