Alice was a Claims Investigator for the Social Security Administration in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Upon her retirement in 1971, they moved to Tucson, Arizona.
Alice passed away on October 13, 1988 in Tucson, Arizona at the age of 72. She was preceded in death by her husband Ervin; brothers George and Victor Labutis; sister Alberta Yokawonis of Florida; six siblings that passed away in childhood; her parents, and many nieces and nephews.
Survivors included her sisters Evelyn Eleanor Labutis Smith of Ashtabula, Ohio and Mary Labutis Swartz of Geneva, Ohio.
She was buried on November 26, 1988 at the Tucson Memorial Park, South Lawn, next to her husband Ervin.
