Teddy was the son of Thomas Jefferson Davidson and Liza Belle Stansberry (Stansbury). Brother of: Elva Maye, Sherman (Red), Mary Louise, Troy Jason, Minnie Francis, Lillian Goldia (Goldie), Cora Jewell, Felix Heartsel, Lahoma Belle, Edward Burkley, James Leonard, Mona Bernice, Leona Elizabeth.

Teddy got into an argument one night with his father, and took off for Denver. He died there of leukemia. His father, heartbroken over his death and feeling guilty for driving him away, went to Denver and brought Teddy home to be buried with the rest of the family.
