Funeral services for Milton Hugh Alexander, Sr., 85, will be held at 10 a.m. today (Thursday) in Southside Baptist Church officed by Rev. Gene Stevens. Interment will in Monahans Cemeter under direction of Clyde Wilson Funeral Home.Mr. Alexander was born Dec. 27, 1903 in Dublin to William T. and Onie (Pope) Alexander. He died Monday, Oct. 2, 1989 in Ward Memorial Hospital. A Monahans resident since 1970, he was retired from the City of Monahans Public Utilities and a Baptist.He married Trudie Hardy Nov. 7, 1926 in Ranger and she survives him. He is also survived by two children, Milton H. Alexander of Monahans and Mrs. Billie Vann of Odessa; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
