Mr. Baldwin was a retired lockman with the U.S. Corps of Engineers, was a free and accepted Mason of Lodge #497, was a member of the Racine Order of Eastern Star #134, Scottish Rite of Covington, KY, was a member of A.A.O.N.M.S. of Columbus, OH, and was a member of the Hillbilly Shrine of Klan #7 of Gallipolis, OH. He was also a Navy veteran during WW II and was an Army veteran during the Korean Conflict.
