Elizabeth Aborn, age 90, of Salem passed away Friday, September 21 in Golden Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Mannington. Born in Waretown, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Zulema Ayars Van Note. Mrs. Aborn is survived by her daughter, Libby; brother, Eugene Van Note, Jr.; sister, Doris Carr; two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
She is predeceased by her husband, Jim Aborn; brothers, William and Stanley Van Note: sisters, Mary Anna Hymer, Clara Roberts, May Clark, and Noami George. Services will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, September 25th in Woodside Funeral Home, 613 Salem-Quinton Rd., Rt. 49, Quinton Twp. where friends may call after 12:00 noon. Burial will be in the Alloway Methodist Cemetery, Alloway.
