CHILLICOTHE -- Irene Faye Bornsheuer, 91, of 913 N. Santa Fe Ave. died at 10:40 a.m. Saturday, June 6, 1998, at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria.

Born Feb. 10, 1907, in Cogar, Okla., to Frank and Ethel Bland Rolan, she married Wilbur Bornsheuer on Sept. 10, 1928, in Toulon. He died Feb. 18, 1988. One brother also preceded her in death.

Surviving are one niece, Martha Vest; two great-nephews, Michael Vest of Dowagiac, Mich., and Michael Bornsheuer of Dunlap; and two great-nieces, Debra Deyo of Chillicothe and Julie Farquharson of East Peoria.

She attended Illinois Women's College in Jacksonville.

She was an office secretary for the Illinois Beer Industry Committee in Peoria.

She was a member of Plymouth Congregational Church in Chillicothe.

Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Weber Funeral Home, where visitation will be 1 1/2 hours before services. Burial will be in Chillicothe City Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Rescue 33.
