Rowdy Gene Brantley, 7, of Eagletown, OK passed away Thursday, June, 19, 2014 in Oklahoma City, OK. Rowdy was born December 15, 2006 the son of Randall and Stevie Brantley.

Rowdy was a good hearted little boy who loved everyone. He loved hunting, 4 wheeler riding, playing basketball, and riding horses. He enjoyed helping on the farm. He was an entertainer, he loved to dance, cut up and aggravate. If you didn't know what a "pot licker" was, he could tell you. He loved going to camp and swimming with all the kids at Me-Me's house. Rowdy loved baseball. He made the Broken Bow All-Star team two years in a row. He also played travel ball on the weekends for the "Outlaws". He looked forward to playing and he loved his teammates. Especially, China man, Kolton Battiest & Haley. Rowdy enjoyed jumping on the trampoline, playing catch and playing wiffle ball with his brothers. He couldn't wait for his sisters to come visit. Rowdy was a daddy's boy. They were buddies, they went everywhere together. You have never seen a father and son any closer. Even though he walked in his daddy's footsteps, and really lived up to his name. He showed his mama the sweet side that many didn't get to see. He was his mama's angel.

He was preceded in death by his aunt, Rita Brantley; papa, Troy Evans; great-grand, Earl Boggus; and two uncles, Ricky and Robert Brantley. He leaves to cherish his memory, parents, Randall Gene and Stevie Brantley of Eagletown, OK; brothers, Tayden Taylor and Tallan Brantley of the home; sisters, Shalee, Kaitlyn and Cameron Brantley all of Broken Bow, OK; me-me, Rhonda Brantley; papa, Carl Brantley; me-ma, Kathleen Fuente Jones; aunt, Autumn Mays; uncle, Daniel & aunt, Kayla Brantley; cousins, Kylie Tabor, Blakely Brantley and Haylie Brantley, cousins by birth, best friends by choice; grands, Steve & Carolyn Boggus; great-grands, Bobby & Lucille Brantley, Yvonne Evans & the late Troy Evans, Virginia Copeland, Christine Boggus & the late Earl Boggus and Ralph Fuente.
