Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Christy, Smith & Hockenberry Funeral Home with Noel Simpson officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Baker was born 23 November 1911, in Anthon, Iowa, the daughter of John Earl and Rosa Belle (BLACKFORD) WATKINS. She married Raymond C. BAKER on 3 December 1933. He died in 1993. She attended school at Oto, Iowa and moved to Sioux City in the late 1920's.
She worked at Davenport Cleaners and Fethkes Dry Cleaners. She was a Jehovah's Witness.
Survivors include a sister, Alta GAINES of Wheatland, Wyo.;
a brother, Verle WATKINS of Cape Girardeau, MO.; nieces and nephews & other relatives. She was preceded in death by 6 brothers & 4 sisters.
