Ogden – Lester Eugene Allison died November 16, 2009. He was born May 16, 1931 in South Bend, Indiana the son of Lester Eugene and Pernetta Krick Allison. He served in the U.S. Air Force during WWII.
Pete married Beverly Tway; they were blessed with five children. They later divorced. He married Ida Loretta Gallegos Oct. 5, 1962, their union was blessed with a family of 7 children.
Pete loved fishing and deer hunting. He worked at Redd Roofing for many years.
He is survived by his wife Ida; children Rudy A. Allison, Robert P. Allison, Cindy (Joe) Lopez, Jerry L. Allison, KayLynn Allison, Leslie A. (Ed) Borrego, Jerry Gillespie, Jim Gillespie, Debbie (Darrell)Andrews, Donna (David)Lalick and Diana Booher (Terry Fernside); special grandson Jayden Jim "Mo"; sister Colleen Wood and many other grandchildren and great-granchildren. He was preceded in death by his son Jimmy and brother Jim Allison.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 20, 2009 at Myers Mortuary of Ogden, 845 Washington Blvd. Friends and family may call on Thursday, Nov. 19th from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday prior to the service from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m.
Interment will be in the Ogden City Cemetery.
