Mrs. Walter L. Andrysiak
Mrs. Gizella (Stella) Andrysiak, 51, of 1149 N. Huey St., died at 12:05 p.m. Thursday in Memorial Hospital after a two week illness. She was born May 30, 1916, in South Bend. The former Gizella Toth, she was married to Walter L. Andrysiak on Aug. 7, 1934. He survives. Also surviving are a son, James C. of Chesterton; two daughters, Mrs. Barbara J. Thornburg of South Bend, and Mrs. Sandra Seifer of North Liberty; five grandchildren; two brothers, John of South Bend, and Emery of San Antonio, Tex.; four sisters, Mrs. Anne Okeneske of Coldwater Mich., Mrs. Mary Schelstraete and Mrs. Betty DeCauwer, both of Mishawaka, and Mrs. Helen Milewski of South Bend. Friends may call after 7 p.m. Saturday at Kaniewski & Sons Funeral Home. Services will be at 9 a.m. Monday in Holy Cross Catholic Church and Rev. Walter J. Higgins, C.S.C., will officiate. Burial will be in St. Joseph cemetery. The parish rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home.

She married Ladislaus Clement Andrysiak 7 Aug 1934 in Saint Joseph County, Indiana.
