Charlotte Lorrain Palmer Mills was the daughter of William Palmer and Joretta Hulsey Palmer.

Charlotte was born in Missouri and died in California.

Charlotte married Dewey Mills (on December 24, 1930 in Webb City, MO) and they had 2 sons: Ronnie & Dennis.

Charlotte died 1 week after her son, Dennis. Cause of death: "Congestive heart failure due to post-operative bowel resection". (California death certificate #19094 Co)
