Matilda F. (Wildfong) Caplin was the Daughter of Aaron Wildfong and Louisa (Haas) Wildfong of Arbela, Michigan. She was born in Lisbon, Ontario, Canada. She was the Wife of Henry J. Caplin, and the Mother of Arthur Charles Caplin, Fredrick Aaron Caplin and Irene Caplin. She married Henry July 5, 1878 in Mount Morris, Genesee County, Michigan. She died of cancer at the age of only 60 years, 9 months and 11 days. She was a lovely Lady and is sorely missed by her Family, but never forgotten.
