Referee Hears Circumstances Of Recent Otsego Accidents
Decision Reserved In Schenevus-Elk Creek Crash
At a Motor Vehicle hearing held by Referee Bernard Schmidt at Oneonta on Friday of last week decision was reserved in the case of Miss Agnes Marie Slivsek, aged nineteen, of Elk Creek, and Irving Ranker, Schenevus merchant, whose cars were involved in a fatal automobile accident on the Schenevus-Elk Creek road at 2:15 p.m., September 6th.
The injured, all passengers in the Banker car, were Mrs. Libby Banker, aged sixty-two, wife of the driver: Mrs. Regina Newby, aged forty-eight, of Schenevus, and her mother, Mrs. Mary (Reynolds) Baldwin, aged seventy-six, who died in the Fox Memorial Hospital at Oneonta, September 9th.
