Joyce Anne Abruzzese,66 of Houston,Texas formerly of Pen Argyl,died in Herman Memorial Hospital,Houston.She was the daughter of the late Garfield and Hilda (Hontz) Oliver.She and her husband Vincent Abruzzese,observed their 45th wedding anniversary last November.She worked as a clerk for Swinneys Hallmark.Houston.Before moving to Texas,she worked for the former Cali Sportswear,West Bangor.She was a graduate of Pen Argyl High School,class of 1956.She was a member of St.Jeromes Catholic Church,Houston and a former member of St.Elizabeths Catholic Church,Pen Argyl.
Survivors:Husband,daughter,Joann Anderson of Pen Argyl,sons,Brian,Anthony,Ronald and Mark Abruzzese,sister Jean Hill,brother,Robert Oliver both of Pen Argyl.12 grandchildren.She was preceded in death by a brother Richard Oliver,and sister Jeanette Oliver.
