Elmer Barbee, 78, R. R. 3, Martinsville, Ill., was found dead at his residence at 10:15 A.M. Sunday.
He is survived by the widow, Essie; one stepson, Lester Claypool, Martinsville; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Rose Kaufman, Palo Alto, Calif.; tow brothers, William, Tahlequah, Oklahoma and Lyman, of Canadian, Texas, and one sister, Mrs. Zona Davis, Redmon, Ill.
Funeral services were held at 2:00 o'clock, Wednesday afternoon at the Greenwell Funeral Home in Martinsville, with Rev. H. J. Kemp officiating. Burial was in Blue Grass Cemetery.
